How to Apply

• The Interested candidates may be requested to enclosed the attested photocopies of the following documents along with their application form:
• Educational Certificates, semester result and degree, securing 70% marks in last examination.
• Parents/Guardian’s CNIC
• Applicant’s CNIC or Form-B
• Last semester fee voucher
• Parents/Guardian Income Certificate.
• Affidavit on 50 rupees stamp paper that not availing any other scholarship/stipend
• One passport size photograph
• The application form is also available at Mian Jee Photostat, Near Chenab Chowk, Main Gate No. 02, Government College University and GCUF website
• Scholarship forms should reach the Students’ Financial Aid Office complete in all respects according to the above instructions on or before 23rd January, 2015
