The awardees under captioned program are informed to collect their Cheque and  their following documents mentioned below should be submitted to the Students' Financial Aid Office on or before 18-10-2021.

1. Bonafide Certificate from Department
2. Copy of CNIC & student card
3. Previous Semester Result Cards
4. Last semesters paid  fee vouchers
5. Rs. 5/- revenue ticket
