12th Convocation 2025

The 12th Convocation of GC University, Faisalabad (GCUF) is scheduled to be held on December 03, 2025 at GCUF to award degrees to its distinguished graduates, passed out during the following sessions and the said occasion will be graced by the Honorable Chancellor.

Only those students are eligible to attend the convocation who has submitted the 12th Convocation Registration Fee and they have not received their degrees from the controller office.

Eligibility
  • Students of Main Campus Passed out during these Sessions.
  • Students of Chiniot, Hafizabad and Samundri Sub-Campuses passed out during these Sessions.
Important
  • Please Register yourself for 12th Convocation on University Website https://gcuf.edu.pk/
  • Date of Convocation and Full Dress rehearsal will be notified later.
  • The Full Dress rehearsal will be conducted one day before the Convocation day and shall be compulsory for all the recipients of degrees and medals. Those who do not attend the rehearsal shall not be allowed to attend the Convocation. The graduates may arrange gowns at their own; however, a limited number of gowns will be available (on a rent first come, first served basis).
  • Dates to Remember
    Full Dress Rehearsal: December 02, 2025 at 10:00 AM
    Convocation Date: December 03, 2025 at 11:00 AM
    Recipients of Degrees and Medals Shall Report at 10:00 AM
    Bring your Original Paid Fee Voucher, CNIC at rehearsal and convocation day.
