GCUF Hosts Successful 4th International Conference on Mathematical Empowerment and Future Trends (ICMEFT 2025)

The Department of Mathematics at Government College University Faisalabad successfully concluded the three-day 4th International Conference on Mathematical Empowerment and Future Trends (ICMEFT 2025). The event was jointly organized with the Department of Mathematics at Government College Women University Faisalabad and held in collaboration with the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences (ASSMS).

The conference brought together national and international experts to discuss emerging research themes in artificial intelligence, data science, public health modelling, industrial optimization, and advanced computational techniques.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Vice Chancellors of GCWUF, Faisalabad Medical University, and The University of Faisalabad. On the second day of the Conference, Prof Dr Azad Akhtar Siddiqui from NUST Islamabad, Pro-Vice Chancellor GCUF Prof. Dr. Nasir Amin, along with senior deans and faculty, served as Guests of Honour. The conference concluded with a closing ceremony led by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Sarfraz Director FAST Chiniot Faisalabad campus.

ICMEFT 2025 featured contributions from distinguished international speakers representing Türkiye, Romania, the Czech Republic, The Gambia, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Ghana, Australia, Malaysia, India, Lebanon, China, Kuwait, Korea, Germany, Spain, and South Africa. Additionally, 60 PhD scholars from Pakistan presented their research across various mathematical fields.
