The College of Law, Government College University, Faisalabad, had the honour of hosting Mr. Zulqarnain Ali Haral, Commissioner Inland Revenue Services Gujranwala, who delivered an insightful lecture on the Basic Concepts of Taxation.

The event was attended by Dr. Ghulam Murtaza, Chairperson, College of Law, along with faculty members and a large number of students. Prof. Dr. Hamayun Abbass, Dean Islamic and Oriental Learning, and Dr. Muhammad Sheraz Malik, Director Students Affairs, were also present on the occasion.

The lecture aimed to enhance students’ understanding of fundamental taxation principles and their practical implications in the legal and financial sectors.

At the conclusion of the session, Prof. Dr. Hamayun Abbass presented a commemorative shield to Mr. Zulqarnain Ali Haral in recognition of his valuable contribution and engaging lecture.
