Final-Year Projects Exhibition of Visual Arts and Painting at Government College University Faisalabad

An impressive exhibition of creative and research-based final-year projects by the students of the Department of Visual Arts, Institute of Art and Design, Government College University Faisalabad, was organized. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of Government College University Faisalabad, Professor Dr. Rauf-i-Azam. The Vice Chancellor visited the exhibition in detail, viewed various artworks and final-year projects presented by the students, and appreciated their creativity, artistic skills, and research efforts. He also interacted with the students and learned about the themes of their projects and the creative processes behind their work.
The event was attended by Chief Executive Officer of Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC), Engineer Qurat-ul-Ain Memon, President of the Faisalabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vice President of FPCCI, Ms. Qurat-ul-Ain, as well as representatives associated with the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The distinguished guests also visited the exhibition and appreciated the artworks displayed by the students.
The students explored various aspects of photography and contemporary visual arts as themes for their final-year projects. Their projects presented innovative concepts through creative and research-oriented approaches, keeping in view current artistic trends, the demands of the visual arts industry, and market requirements.
Visitors and distinguished guests appreciated the artistic and creative abilities of the students. They also acknowledged the services and efforts of Ms. Tehmina Afzal, In-charge of the Institute of Arts and Design, particularly her role in the artistic training, guidance, and development of the students.
