Applications are invited for the following BPS (Temporary likely to become permanent) non-teaching positions at Sub-campuses of Government College University, Faisalabad from (Pakistani Nationals) with given pay scale plus usual allowances as permissible under the rules. INSTRUCTIONS: –
- The latest prescribed Application & Biodata Form can be downloaded from the website of the University (http://www.gcuf.edu.pk) and should be submitted in the Recruitment Cell, alongwith original Demand Draft in favour of Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad (Non-Refundable), as per following details: –

- The candidates are required to submit Three (03) sets of duly filled in Application & Biodata Form (must be) supported with attested copies of all educational testimonials / certificates, degrees, IBCC / HEC Equivalence Certificates (where applicable), detailed marks certificates, relevant experience certificate with specific dates duly issued by the Competent Offices, CNIC, three recent photographs and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), etc.
- The Selection Board/Appointment Committee, on the basis of performance in the Interview, can recommend any candidate on regular/contract basis.
- The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application Form and demand draft with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
- The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post /withhold any appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel by the due date.
- The Candidates must attach HEC Equivalence Certificate(s), where applicable, otherwise their applications would not be entertained / considered.
- The evaluation of the Scrutiny Committee shall be final. Only on merit candidates will be called for interview / informed and short listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with policy / procedure laid down by the University.
- The employees entering the service of the Government College University Faisalabad on regular basis shall be governed under the Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) / relevant Applicable Rules.
- The condition of age can be relaxed as per policy of the University.
- The Candidates recommended for any Sub-Campus will have to serve at least for five years in that Sub-Campus. At the time of joining they will have to furnish the Affidavit declaring that they will not make a request of transfer before the completion of five years.
- Applications complete in all respects for the position of Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) must reach in the Recruitment Cell, Main Campus, Registrar Office, Government College University Faisalabad and All other applications are to be submitted in the Personnel Branch, Main Campus, Registrar Office, Government College University Faisalabad not later than 15-06-2026.
Note:
- Three Percent (03 %) quota is reserved for persons with disabilities as per direction of Government of the Punjab. If the candidate is disabled, he/she will have to submit a certificate from the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons of Social Welfare Department. However, the persons with disabilities are exempted from the condition of demand draft.
- Five Percent (05 %) quota is reserved for the minorities.
- Candidates applying on any Quota must mention the quota against which he or she is applying for. (Evidence must be attached)
- The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic message.
- No TA/DA would be admissible when called for interview.
