Instructions & Terms
- Bidding documents can be downloaded from the websites of PPRA and GCUF after publication
of advertisement in daily newspapers. Complete bids, prepared in accordance with the
bidding documents, must be submitted in the office of the Treasurer before the closing time.
Late submissions will not be accepted. - The tender shall be opened on the same day as per the given schedule in the presence of
participating vendors/firms or their authorized representatives. - Procurement will be carried out in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through
Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial) Bidding Procedure. Technical proposals
must include services offered, coverage areas, panel hospitals, cities covered, and company profile. - All bids must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security of Rs. 200,000/-
in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee in favor of
“Treasurer GCUF”. The original Bid Security must be submitted before the closing time. - Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped bids, or bids without Bid Security or submitted through
unauthorized modes will not be entertained. Clarifications may be sought during evaluation. - Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration Certificates, CNIC, and all required documents as per
tender documents must be attached. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government rules. - The firm must not be blacklisted by any organization.
- The University reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance
under PPRA Punjab Rule 35. Reasons for rejection will be communicated upon request, without obligation to justify.
