𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐮𝐟-𝐢-𝐀𝐳𝐚𝐦, Vice Chancellor, Government College University Faisalabad shared expert insights on “𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑗𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝐿𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝 𝑖𝑛 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒𝑥 𝐸𝑛𝑣𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠” at the Project Director Certification (PDC) Program organized by the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (NDU) in collaboration with the 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (PEC).

The program brought together senior engineers, project directors, administrators, and professionals from the public and private sectors across Pakistan. Addressing the participants, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐮𝐟-𝐢-𝐀𝐳𝐚𝐦 highlighted the significance of leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and effective governance in the successful execution of complex projects.

He said that project leaders must possess the ability to navigate uncertainty, manage diverse stakeholders, and promote collaboration to achieve sustainable and impactful outcomes. He also shared practical insights drawn from his academic and administrative experience, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and informed decision-making in dynamic environments. The participants appreciated the session for its relevance, practical value, and insightful discussion on contemporary project management challenges.
