The tender shall be opened on the same day as per PPRA website schedule in the presence of the Vendors/Firms or their representatives who wish to attend.
The complete bids in conformity with Tender Documents should be uploaded on e-PADS through PPRA website as per the above scheduled time.
- The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, on Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) Bidding Procedure.
- All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security (Refundable) at the rate of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of “Treasurer GCUF”. The Bid Security (in original) must be received before the closing time and date. Incomplete bids, not signed and stamped, without bid security, and bids rejected due to any other technical reasons or submitted through a mode other than specified will not be considered/entertained.
- Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificate, CNIC, and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Documents must accompany the bids. Taxes will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan and Government of Punjab rules.
- The firm should not be blacklisted by this organization.

The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. - The University may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of any bid or proposal as per PPRA Punjab Rule 35. However, the grounds for rejection will be communicated to the concerned bidder upon request, but no justification will be given as per PPRA Rule 35(2).
