Vice Chancellor of Government College University Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, paid an official visit to Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology during the 6th International Students Convention and Expo.

Upon arrival, He was warmly received by Rector Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mujahid. Deans and directors of various departments briefed the Vice Chancellor on the academic programs, research initiatives, and state-of-the-art facilities available at the institute.

During the visit, Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam observed various sports activities and student competitions as part of the International Students Convention, appreciating the participation of students.

The Vice Chancellor also undertook a detailed tour of the campus, where he visited the modern library, engineering departments, and biological sciences laboratories. He showed keen interest in the advanced facilities, including the electrical fan chip manufacturing unit and the mobile manufacturing unit established at the institute

He further visited the Business Incubation Center, where he was briefed on initiatives aimed at transforming innovative ideas into viable businesses and promoting entrepreneurship among students.

Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam commended the institution’s efforts in providing quality education, practical training, and industry-oriented learning, emphasizing the importance of such collaborations in strengthening the higher education sector of Pakistan.
