Promotion notifications have been distributed among faculty members under the Tenure Track System (TTS) and administrative officers at Government College University Faisalabad. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rauf Azam presented the promotion notifications to the promoted faculty members and officers. University Registrar Ghulam Ghaus was also present on the occasion.

According to details, under the Tenure Track System, faculty members have been promoted to the positions of Associate Professor and Professor, while administrative officers have been promoted to the posts of Deputy Controller and Deputy Registrar.

Addressing the ceremony, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rauf Azam stated that officers and faculty members were promoted in accordance with the university’s merit policy. He said that the notifications were issued by the Registrar’s Office in light of the recommendations of the Selection Board after employees completed the required tenure, demonstrated professional performance, and fulfilled their service requirements.

The Vice Chancellor further stated that transparency and merit are being ensured at every level within the university, and that the purpose of these promotions is to improve academic and administrative affairs so that the institution may continue to progress in the fields of teaching and research. He congratulated the promoted officers and faculty members and expressed hope that they would carry out their responsibilities with even greater dedication and commitment.
