A visiting team from the National Technology Council (NTC) conducted an accreditation visit to the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Government College University Faisalabad to evaluate Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Chemical Technology programs for Batch 2022 and onwards.

The team reviewed academic and administrative processes in line with NTC standards, including interactions with students and faculty, inspection of laboratories and facilities, review of course files, admission policies, and assessment of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) mechanisms.

The NTC delegation appreciated the university’s academic environment, campus facilities, and technological advancements, while suggesting minor departmental-level improvements to further strengthen quality and compliance.

The visit was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Abdul Rauf Bhatti, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, along with heads of departments and faculty members. The NTC team also met with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, who reaffirmed GCUF’s commitment to maintaining high academic standards, continuous improvement, and industry-relevant education.
