A poetry recital titled “Good Laughter Noon” was organized under the auspices of the Department of Mass Communication, Government College University Faisalabad. The event was attended by the Vice Chancellor of GCUF, Prof Dr Rauf-i-Azam, along with distinguished poets. Renowned Pakistani poet Ahmed Saeed, an alumnus of the Department of Mass Communication, Malik Sajid, Ahmed Anbalvi, Qamar Bukhari, and Hasan Masood amused the audience with their humorous poetry.

In addition, Waheed Khaliq Ramey from the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce, Malik Maqbool from the Public Relations Department, and Dr. Babar Dogar from the Faisalabad Education Board, along with faculty members and male and female students of the Department of Mass Communication, participated enthusiastically in the event.
