Government College University Faisalabad, in collaboration with Zakat Foundation of America – Pakistan (ZFA), organized a seminar titled Career Transition: From University Life to Professional Career for final-year students. The session focused on preparing students for professional success through employability, leadership, and skill development guidance.

The training was led by Dr. Mohsin Zahid, a renowned academic, corporate trainer, and representative of ZFA Pakistan, who has conducted over 600 training sessions across Pakistan and abroad. Mr. M. Fahad Khalid, representing ZFA Pakistan, shared the ZFA’s mission to empower youth through education and career-oriented initiatives. The event was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Sofia Anwar, Ms. Saima Parveen, and Dr. Ghulam Mustafa, and attended by around 120 students.

Earlier this month, GCUF and ZFA Pakistan signed an MoU to enhance collaboration in youth empowerment, skill development, and community engagement. Both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to launching joint programs and training opportunities for students.
