Government College University Faisalabad has entered into the strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with:

• Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Focal Person: Dr. Nadeem Sabir, Associate Professor, Department of Physics)
• Universiti Sains Malaysia (Focal Person: Dr. Muhammad Fakhar-e-Alam, Associate Professor, Department of Physics)
• Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Turkey (Focal Person: Prof. Dr. Syed Makhdoom Hussain, Department of Zoology)

The MoUs were formally signed by Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor, GCUF, with facilitation from the Directorate of International Linkages, led by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Riaz.

These partnerships aim to:

• Advance joint research and innovation.
• Promote academic mobility and faculty exchange.
• Foster entrepreneurial culture and industry-academia linkages.
• Expand opportunities for collaborative projects in science and technology.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor GCUF, emphasized that these MoUs will open new avenues of global cooperation, enabling faculty and students to engage in impactful research, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Riaz, Director International Linkages, highlighted the importance of expanding GCUF’s international academic network, stating that these collaborations will play a vital role in strengthening research capacity, enhancing global visibility, and preparing students for future challenges.
