The agreements were formally signed by Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor, Government College University Faisalabad, and Prof. Dr. Attila Dikbaş, General Manager, ITU ARI Teknokent. ARI Teknokent is ranked among the world’s leading Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development Centers.

The MoUs outline a broad framework for collaboration, with a focus on:

•  Sustainable development and innovation-driven growth.
• Commercialization of technology to bridge academic research with industry.
• Promotion of entrepreneurial culture and knowledge sharing.
• Development of an Innovation Center and Technology Park at GCUF.

Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor GCUF, highlighted the significance of industry-academia linkages, stating that these MoUs pave the way for establishing a world-class Innovation Center and Technology Park in Faisalabad, fostering research collaboration, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development in Pakistan.

This MoU will pave the way for long-term strategic cooperation, opening new doors for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship between Pakistan and Turkey.
