Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has announced the opening of new registrations for the Chief Minister’s Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025-26. This Scheme is aimed at providing financial assistance to talented students of the Punjab province to can apply online via the official PHEC portal at: https://honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk/ or Following is the eligibility criteria for this scholarship:
- No Age Limit
- Have a domicile in the Punjab province
- No Gender specific
- The monthly family income of the applicant must be less than Rs. 350,000/-
- Scholarship will be awarded on a merit basis.
- Minimum FSc./ Intermediate marks must be 70% for science students and 65% for Arts and Social Sciences students.
- Merit criteria will be Matric weightage 30% intermediate weightage 70%.
- Last date for submission of Application September 15, 2025. Please apply online only, no hard copy required.
