Public Administration can broadly be described as the development, implementation and study of branches of government policy. It is linked to pursuing public good by enhancing civil society and social justice. Though public administration has historically been referred to as government management, it increasingly encompasses Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
As a discipline, Industrial Management can be compared to Business Administration and is viewed as similar for those wishing to pursue Industrial, or private sector careers. After getting a degree in Public administration one can pursue career in public policy, public administration and civil service.
