NOTICE
Award of 4th, 3rd & 2nd Installment of Benazir Undergraduate Scholarship Project Phase-I, II & III Awarded Students
The following Awardees who did not submitted their documents for verification for 4th, 3rd & 2nd Installment of
Benazir Undergraduate Scholarship Project Phase I, II & III for the FY 2022-23 are hereby informed to submit their following documents to the Students' Financial Aid Office, on or before 19-07-2023 :
1. Paid Fee voucher of last 02 semesters.
2. Copy of result notification of last two semesters (Examination result)
3. Copies of CNIC & student card
4. CNIC copy of Father/Guardian
5. Bonafide Student certificate from concerned department
6. Students Deed of Agreement (to be executed on Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper)
7. Declaration of Award Letter
8. Copy of Cheque Book (For Bank Account Number)
9. Latest Income Certificate of Parents/Guardian
The award of scholarships will be subject to observance of existing Scholarship Rules & Regulations of the University and that is the payment of above scholarship will be released on satisfactory progress in studies, good conduct, regular attendance, failing which the scholarship will immediately be cancelled.
The scholarship payment will however, be released subject to availability of funds.
