SOP’s for Registration in Summer Semester 2022 by following the revised summer rules 2022

Notification for Summer 2022

Main Campus GCUF

The following SOP’S will be followed by students at main Campus.

  1. The students who are eligible (according to revised summer rules) to enroll summer semester 2022 will submit their Applications along with Supporting Documents (filled supply form and failed/D subject semester result) to their respective departments.
  2. The Department will make a consolidated case dully signed by HOD will be submitted in respective Dean office and after signed by the Dean the dean office will forward the case to Director Academics (w.e. f. 27-07-2022 to 02-08-2022).
  3. The department will collect the case from office of the Director Academic (One day after submission the case).
  4. The department will collect the vouchers from Treasure office and will deliver to respective students before the commencement of classes.

For Subcampuses (Sahiwal & Layyah)

  1. The  detailed list of students who are eligible to enroll summer semester 2022, their Applications along with Supporting Documents (filled supply form and failed/D subject semester result) will be submitted in the office of Director Academics (w.e. f. 27-07-2022 to 02-08-2022).
  2. After approval their specified share will be submitted in the GCUF treasurer office and copy will be submitted in the office of Director Academics.

For  Govt & Private affiliated colleges  Near by Main Campus GCUF

  1. The students who are eligible to enroll summer semester 2022 will submit their Applications along with Supporting Documents (filled supply form and failed/D subject semester result) to their respective departments in the college.
  2. The College will make a consolidated case dully signed by College Controller of examination and after signed by Principal and the case will be forwarded to Director Academic (w.e. f. 27-07-2022 to 02-08-2022).
  3. The students will collect the case from office of the Director Academic (One day after submission the case).
  4. The students will collect the vouchers from Treasure office and after submitting the fee will report to respective departmental Head for allocation of teachers before the commencement of classes.

For affiliated colleges (Govt & Private) where nearby no subcampus of GCUF is Present

  1. The students who are eligible to enroll summer semester 2022 will submit their Applications along with Supporting Documents (filled supply form and failed/D subject semester result) to their respective departments in the college.
  2. The College will make a consolidated case dully signed by College Controller of examination and after signed by Principal and the case will be forwarded to Director Academic by the focal person nominated by the college (w.e. f. 27-07-2022 to 02-08-2022).
  3. The focal person will collect the case from office of the Director Academic (One day after submission the case).
  4. The focal person will collect the vouchers from Treasure office and will submit the specified fee. He/ She will report to respective departmental Head for allocation of teachers for online commencement of classes.
  5. The concerned teacher will submit the time table & screenshot (with date & time) of online classes duly signed By departmental head as proof for payment.
