1. It is informed that written comprehensive examination for the PhD students is scheduled in the November 2022. The following PhD students can apply for above said examination.
   a) Fresh qualified /pass in PhD course work in Spring/ Summer semester 2022.
   b) Fail in written comprehensive examination.
     i) Fail in one paper and has the chance to appear again.
     ii) Fail in two papers and has the chance to appear.
   
2. The Candidates shall forward under mentioned documents within due date.
   a) Form E-30 duly filled and signed by respective Chairperson and Dean.
   b) Comprehensive exam fee of RS. 5000/- paid voucher.
   c) Copy of all semester fee voucher.
   d) Copy of result cards of PhD course work duly attested by Chairperson.
   e) Notification copy of fail result of written comprehensive examination if availing 2nd attempt.
   
3. You are requested to make necessary arrangements and forward the above said documents/relevant data in the office of undersigned latest by 11-11-2022.
