1- Registrar (BPS-19)
(Tenure for period of three year)
Qualification & Experience: MA/MSc/MPA, at least 2nd division, 8 years teaching / administrative experience, or M.Ed (with specialization in Educational Management and Planning) at least 2nd class, 18 years teaching / administrative experience.
Age Limit: 45-55 (age relaxable in exceptional cases)
2- Controller of Examination (BPS-19)
(Tenure for period of three year)
Qualification & Experience: M.A/M.Sc./M.COM, at least 2nd division, 18 years teaching/ administrative experience, including 3 years experience in a Board or University in the same capacity.
Age Limit: 45-55 years (age relaxable in exceptional cases)
Instructions
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of the University (https://gcuf.edu.pk/downloads) and should be submitted with demand draft of Rs. 2500/- for Registrar (BPS-19) and Controller of Examinations (BPS-19) in favour of the Treasurer, GC University, Faisalabad. The duly filled in application forms must be supported with attested copies of educational testimonials / experience certificates, CNIC, two recent photographs and an updated CV.
- The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on plain papers, accompanied by recent CV alongwith attested copies of degrees / testimonials and experience certificates, CNIC & two receiving photographs.
- The experience gained as on Daily basis, Part time, Visiting, Honorary and Apprentice shall not be considered / counted.
- The applicant having foreign degree must attach HEC equivalence certificate with the Application Form.
- Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (Including GCUF Employees) must apply through proper channel alongwith NOC and attach Service Certificate(s) issued from their Controlling Authority / Head of Institution/ Organizations by due date, otherwise their Applications shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
- Incomplete applications or those received after due date will not be entertained.
- The University reserves the rights not to consider any application or fill the post without giving any reason.
- The applications are required on Prescribed Form in triplicate.
- The scrutiny of the applicants by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible on merit candidates shall called for interview / informed.
