Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Food Science under Higher Education Commission project No. 20-3137/NRPU/R&D/HEC/11/606, titled “Impact of fruit processing modes on the extracted juice quality: conventional vs. innovative technologies” with the following terms and conditions.
Post name: Research Associate (1)
Honorarium: Rs. 20,000/- per month
Contract duration: 1 year
Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons.)/MS or equivalent in Food Science & Technology / Food Technology
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the physicochemical analyses and report writing will be preferred. Duties and responsibilities include working in both field and lab including raw material collection, chemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.
Project information: The project remaining duration is 16 months. The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
