Registration of Firms for Local Purchase for the Year 2015-2016

Applications are invited for Registration of firms for local purchase at the university in the following categories.

  1. Chemical and Glassware,
  2. Scientific Equipment and Machinery,
  3. Stationery,
  4. Computers and Accessories,
  5. Repair & Maintenance of Office Equipment,
  6. Printing,
  7. Electric Appliances like TV, Refrigerators, Air Conditioner, Generator Sets and other items
  8. Sports Items,
  9. Electric Items
  10. Spare Parts of Vehicles,
  11. Furniture,
  12. General Order Suppliers (all other except A to K above)

The following documents should be attached with the Application

  1. Copy of CNIC of owner with complete address, phone number, mobile number, Email and Website.
  2. Copy NTN Certificate.
  3. Copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate.
  4. Proof of Financial Stability.
  5. Copies of Income Tax for the last three years.
  6. Copies of Sales Tax Returns for the period of the least three years.
  7. Proof of Payment of Professional Tax.
  8. Proof of Registration with other Organization.
  9. Proof of Volume of work carried out within Tax Year, 2015
  10. Strength of staff employed.
  11. Proof of Dealer Ship/Sole Proprietorship with Foreign / Multinational firms.
  12. An Affidavit that firm is not black listed by any Government Authority and not involved in the litigation with any Government Autonomous body.
  13. GCUF Employees and their relatives (Blood Relations) are not eligible for registration and affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- in this respect may also be attached.
  14. The firms should submit non-refundable CDR of Rs.2,000/- in favour of Treasurer Government College University, Faisalabad as registration fee for each category separately.
  15. GCUF reserves the right to accept or reject any firm without assigning any reason thereof.
  16. Any clarification or information can be obtained from the undersigned on any working day during office hours.
  17. The application complete in all respect must reach the undersigned upto 30-09-2015 during working hours.

Note: The firms who have already applied for Registration in response to our advertisement dated 17-06-2015 in press do not need to apply, again.
