Notice for Alumni Elections

The elections for the following posts will be held during June 2012 as per program mentioned hereunder.  Ch. Habib Ur Rehman, Senior Advocate D.B.A. Faisalabad will act as Chairman Elections.  Elections will be for the posts of, president.  Senior vice president, two vice presidents, secretary general, deputy secretary, joint secretary, finance secretary, deputy finance secretary, Information secretary and campus secretary.

1 Receipts of applications (11 June 2012)
2 Securitizations of applications (13 June 2012)
3 Withdrawal of applications (14 June 2012)
4 Announcement of final list (14 June 2012)
5 Dispatch of postal ballots (15 June 2012)
6 Receipt of postal ballots (23 June 2012)
7 Announcement of results (25 June 2012)

Application Forms & Eligibility

  • Application forms can be obtained from the office of O.S.A. 10 Yousaf Block, GCUF on payment.
  • Forms duly completed will be handed over to the President Election.
  • The applicants must be registered member of the association.
  • All the dues must be paid up and verified by finance Secretary.
  • An attested copy of the ID card will be attached.
  • The age restriction is as under:-
President 45 Years
Vice presidents 40 years
General Secretary 35 Years

There is no restriction for the rest of appointment.

Election will be through post ballots. The ballots will be accepted by 12:30 pm, 23 June 2012. Every member will be required to attach his ID card copy with the ballot.
