Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali presided over the closing session on the 2nd day of Lyallpur Literary Festival 2015 at GCUF. He said that the purpose of this Literary Festival was character building of our students and to give them a chance to interact with renowned professionals. We can bring peace in this country with the power of knowledge. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chawla presented an overview of his book. Dr. Anwar Ahmad stressed on growth of Urdu Literature. Prof. Waqar Asghar Feroz presented an imagery of Jhang Bazar – the heart of Faisalabad with satire and amusement. Dr. Muhammad Tahseen spoke about drawbacks of privatization and its negative impact on the country. Dr. Ajmal Niazi said book reading and passion to achieve the goals is essential for a student. Session Mr. Safdar Saleem Shahid stressed that we can bring peace in our country by following and implementing the law. Orya Maqbool Jan criticize the English language in his speech.
Dr. Shaheen Ayub, Dr. Asmat Ullah Zahid, Fakhar Zaman, Amjad Ali Bhatti, Muneeb Iqbal (Grandson of Allama Iqbal) also participated in the last session of Literary Festival. In the end Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali presented souvenirs to the speakers and guests. Prof. Dr. Haq Nawaz thanked the audience.
